How can I return the product or products in my online order?

How many days can I return the products in my online order?

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt.

 

 

When will the refund of the product or products I return be made?

 

The suitability of the products arriving at our warehouse is examined. If the products are eligible for a return, your refund will be made within PAYU, at the latest within 30 business days, or by EFT / Money Order if you have paid for a Door.

When your cancellation is approved by us, the amount of the canceled product will be reported to your bank to be returned to the credit card / ATM (debit) card you have paid within 30 business days. If you have paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected on your credit card statement according to the bank's working principles. In some installments, repayments are made in installments in some banks. If you have paid by ATM (debit) card, the refund amount will be transferred to your account by your bank.

Can I return the product or products I bought from your online store to your stores?

You can only return the product / products you bought from our internet shop to our internet shop free of charge via MNG Kargo. For the products you purchase from our online store, our stores cannot be returned, and the current price is changed.
